Seeking Book Donations and Volunteers to Help Us Organize Next Week
August 27, 2020–We’re reaching out to our friends and supporters who can help us with book donations and book organization to prepare for distribution as schools begin to re-open. We are working towards our goal of collecting 10,000 books this Fall to put in the hands of eager learners who are excited to return to both virtual classrooms and in-school learning in the upcoming weeks.
Volunteer!
If you are interested in volunteering for a few hours, we will provide a box or two of books, supplies and instructions for you to work in the comfort of your own home. (Can’t help out next week? Donate!
We are also accepting new and gently used books for babies though elementary school age children. Please reach out to kim@booksarewings.org if you are interested in donating and we can arrange for a safe drop-off at our office or pick-up from your home or office.
